  1. Site Engineers:

    B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience.

    Key Result Areas:

    • Plan, schedule, monitor the project & expedite resources to ensure project milestones achievement within defined cost, time & quality parameters
    • Delegation of work to subordinates
    • Ensuring that all the required materials are indented and made available on time
    • Indenting of material requirement on weekly basis. Stock maintenance at site
    • Initiate progress meetings with the Supervisors & Labour
    • Ensuring safety of men & materials at site
    • Checking and verification of bills submitted by the contractors
    • Escalation of problems to Project Manager/MD
  2. Marketing Manager:

    Graduation - B.com/BBM & MBA (Marketing) with 2-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in construction industry.

    Key Result Areas:
    • To maintain proper records, listing of all commercial / residential developments, complete and ongoing, including resale.
    • Sales, Preparation of marketing plans and initiatives to enhance sale / rental
    • To act as an interface with all real estate agents / corporate occupants / purchasers with reference to their requirements, submission of offers, etc
    • To provide reports to the concerned person on all enquiries
    • Coordination with customers for promotion of New Projects
    • Participation in exhibition / trade fairs etc
